Stake
Network cables in a server rack

Earn with Seal's validators.

One new SEAL is issued with every block. 70% of it goes to the validators: half shared equally between the seats, half to the SEAL staked with them. Own a seat, run for you, or stake SEAL with one.

Own a validator seat

Buy one of the 21 seats. A vetted operator runs the server for you; you earn the seat's share of every block plus a commission on what is staked with it, and watch its uptime, blocks and earnings live.

Stake SEAL

Stake SEAL with any validator and earn its share of the stake part, less its commission. Rewards arrive every few blocks and never lock; leaving takes a while.

1 SEAL a block

1 billion SEAL at launch, all in the treasury and spent only by governance. After that, new SEAL comes only from block rewards; the gas fees in each block are shared the same way.

70% to validators

Half split equally between the seats that signed, half by the SEAL staked with each. 30% to Seal's treasury, which pays Seal accounts' gas.

Kept honest

A seat whose node stops signing is paused until its operator brings it back, so the network never waits for it.
